Shift Management

Proven capabilities to achieve shift targets, quality.
Troubleshooting and achieving production target as per plan.

Should have knowledge of ISO systems.
Should have excellent Manpower handling capabilities.
Should have knowledge of SAP and be computer proficient.
Should be good in communication skills and intrapersonal skills. Should be good at data recording and maintaining as per the ISO/SOP system requirements.

Experience: 4 Years to 7 Years

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Ideally should be managing minimum of 40 to 60 Associates / Team members in one shift. 
This is job with rotating Shifts.

Qualification: 
Only BTech / B.E in Chemical should apply.

Industry:
You should be working in Pharma -API / Chemicals / Fine / Speciality Chemicals with MSGL / SSGL Reactors (mandatory).
